Description
The D-Link DGS-108GL switch is an unmanaged desktop device in black with a compact format, measuring 140 x 26 x 67 mm (width x height x depth) and weighing 240 g, designed to expand the local network without complications. It incorporates 8 RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000) that automatically negotiate speed and support Auto MDI/MDI-X, so you don't need special crossover cables. It supports flow control and quality of service (QoS) to prioritise sensitive traffic, and complies with the IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3az, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3x standards. Compatible copper cabling covers 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T. Its switching capacity reaches 16 Gbit/s with a forwarding rate of 11.9 Mpps, and it operates in store-and-forward mode with Jumbo frames of up to 9216 bytes.
