What payment methods are accepted?

The product or packaging arrived broken

You have 7 days from receipt of the order to notify us that the product or packaging arrived broken, and we will make a replacement or return at no cost.

Can a product be returned?

Get an invoice

You can download the invoice in PDF format from the order detail.

Where is my order?

Once the order has been sent, you will be able to track the package through the carrier's page. You will find the link on the order detail page.

The package could not be delivered

If the carrier could not deliver the package because there was no one at the delivery address, he will try again the next day.

If there are any other problems with the delivery, you can contact the carrier or us.

Can I cancel an order?

The order can be canceled if it has not yet been prepared.
