Description

Managed TPE-5028WS switch from TRENDNET with 24 Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports and 4 combo SFP ports, all in a 1U black rack format. This unit includes PoE support on its ports, although the spec sheet does not specify the total power budget available. Its web-based management allows configuring QoS, VLANs (private, tagged, voice) and port mirroring, as well as features such as full duplex, HOL blocking and spanning tree protocol. With a switching capacity of 56 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 41.7 Mpps, it handles jumbo frames up to 10000 bytes and its packet buffer reaches 4.1 MB.
