Description
The Trendnet TI-UPG62 switch, an unmanaged Layer 2 model, offers four Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000) with PoE support and two SFP slots to expand the network via fibre. This black unit integrates auto-negotiation, flow control, full duplex, and MAC address auto-learning features, with a 1024-entry table and a throughput of 8.9 Mpps. It complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3ab, 802.3af, 802.3at, 802.3u, and 802.3x standards, and supports jumbo frames to optimise data transfer. Its plug-and-play operation facilitates the direct connection of devices without prior configuration, using store-and-forward to manage traffic efficiently.
