Description
The TP-Link TL-SG2008 managed switch is a black L2 device with 8 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) RJ-45 ports and a switching capacity of 16 Gbit/s. It achieves a forwarding rate of 11.9 Mpps and supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T copper cabling technologies, as well as Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Cat5e cables. It incorporates virtual LAN functions such as Multicast VLAN, Tagged VLAN and Voice VLAN, with support for up to 512 VLANs, and offers quality of service (QoS) and DHCP client features. In terms of security it supports SSH, SSH-2 and SSL/TLS algorithms, and includes web-based management and system event logging. It is powered by alternating current with an input voltage of 100 to 240 V and its fanless design does away with moving parts. Its dimensions are 209 x 26 x 126 mm (width x height x depth).
