Description
The LevelOne GVT-2010 media converter, in a black finish, converts copper signals to fibre optic via its SFP port, with transfer speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s. It supports jumbo frames of up to 9000 bytes, VLAN and flow control, as well as automatic MDI/MDI-X detection to simplify connection. Its web management allows network parameters to be adjusted, while LED indicators show the status of activity, link, FDX and power. Compatible with IEEE 802.3 standards and variants, as well as 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T copper cabling, and 1000BASE-LX and SX fibre, it is designed to maintain reliable performance, with a mean time between failures of 30,000 hours.
