Description
The ASUS ESC4000 G4 rack server, in black and silver, is designed for 2U builds with dimensions of 440 x 88 x 800 mm (width x height x depth). It supports up to two Intel Xeon Scalable processors on LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is based on the Intel C621 chipset. In terms of memory, it offers 16 DIMM slots compatible with DDR4-SDRAM and supports RDIMM speeds of 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz, with a maximum internal memory capacity of 2 TB and up to 64 GB per RDIMM module. For storage, it allows the installation of eight 3.5-inch drives with hot-swap bays. Network connectivity is handled by the Intel I350-AM2 LAN controller with Gigabit Ethernet and speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s. It also includes the Aspeed AST2500 graphics adapter with 64 MB of dedicated memory.
