Description
The managed Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniSwitch 6360, with a stainless steel chassis and 1U form factor, offers 24 RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000) along with 2 SFP+ slots for higher-speed links. This device operates at L2/L3 layers and includes full support for Quality of Service (QoS), ARP inspection and VLAN functions, with the capacity to handle up to 4000 tagged VLANs. Its management is flexible, allowing web-based management, cloud control and system event logging, as well as incorporating auto-negotiation, auto-detection and flow control. It also supports auto MDI/MDI-X and head-of-line blocking to optimise network traffic in enterprise environments.
