Description
The Aruba 6100 managed switch from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, in black, offers Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with 48 RJ-45 ports and 4 SFP+ slots for high-speed links. Its L3 layer and 176 Gbit/s switching capacity allow corporate network traffic to be managed reliably, while 98.6 Mpps throughput and an 8192-entry MAC address table respond to demanding environments. It includes 10G support, VLAN, flow control, spanning tree protocol, link aggregation and port mirroring to segment and monitor the network. Quality of service (QoS) and Jumbo Frames support help prioritise critical applications and carry larger frames. Its latencies of 1.9 µs at 1 Gbps and 1.8 µs at 10 Gbps keep response times agile. Weighing 5 kg and measuring 442 x 44 x 305 mm (width x height x depth), it fits into a 1U rack.
