Description
The D-Link DGS-1520-52 is a black L3 managed switch presented in a 1U format, with dimensions of 441 x 44 x 207.4 mm (width x height x depth) and a weight of 2.78 kg. It incorporates 48 copper Gigabit Ethernet ports and 50 basic RJ-45 Ethernet switching ports, of which 2 are copper 10G Ethernet ports. It also adds 2 SFP+ module slots with fibre optic connector and 2 fibre channel ports, designed to expand the network trunk link. It offers 10G support along with VLAN support, flow control and spanning tree protocol, which helps to keep traffic orderly on the network. Web-based management simplifies device configuration, and functions such as link aggregation, auto MDI/MDI-X and head-of-line (HOL) blocking make it easier to connect devices. Its copper Ethernet cabling technology covers 10BASE-T, 100BASE-FX, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T.
