Description
Microchip Technology SmartRAID 3254-8i RAID controller, a server controller card that connects via a PCI Express x8 host interface with version 4.0 and achieves a data transfer rate of 24 Gbit/s. This model manages up to eight storage devices and supports SAS-4 and Serial ATA III drives, as well as SSDs, with RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. It incorporates 4096 MB of internal DDR4 memory at a clock speed of 3200 MHz, along with features such as RAID level migration, S.M.A.R.T. support and online expansion. It is compatible with Linux and Windows 10 operating systems, and its dimensions are 64 mm in height and 167 mm in width.
