Adaptec SmartRAID 3101-4i RAID controller with PCI Express x8 3.0 interface for servers, offering a data transfer speed of 12 Gbit/s. Includes an internal HD mini-SAS port compatible with SAS drives, and supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 along with online level migration. Features 1024 MB of DDR4 memory at 2100 MHz, compatible with SSDs and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, with a mean time between failures of 1,370,000 hours. Works on Windows and Linux operating systems, and operates in a temperature range of 0 to 55 °C.
