The StarTech.com thermal paste is a white silicone compound designed to improve heat transfer between the CPU and the heatsink. Its thermal conductivity of 1.066 W/m·K and its thermal resistance of 0.195 °C/W favour efficient dissipation when assembling the processor. The specific gravity is 2.3 and bleeding remains at 0.005% at 200 °C for 24 hours, while evaporation is 0.001% under the same conditions. It supports an operating temperature range of -20 to 100 °C and a storage range of -50 to 100 °C, with an operating relative humidity of between 10 and 80%. The format weighs 24 g and measures 72 x 18 x 18 mm (width x height x depth), which makes it easy to apply to the processor surface.
