The Silverstone SST-FS305-12G multiple disk drive unit in black is an internal hot-swap bay that supports up to five hard drives or SSDs in 3.5 and 5.25 inch formats, and connects via a SATA interface with a transfer speed of 12 Gbit/s. Aimed at home users, this internal bay includes cooling via an 8 cm fan that reaches up to 3000 RPM, ensuring a constant airflow for installed drives. With dimensions of 199 mm in depth and 126 mm in height, it integrates into the computer chassis and allows quick access to HDDs and SSDs thanks to its hot-swap design. Its SATA host port facilitates direct connection to the motherboard, and the black finish matches most towers.
