Description
The Lindy 39381 KVM extender, in black, functions as both transmitter and receiver to carry the video signal and peripheral control up to 120 m away via cable connection. Its transmitter sends video through an HDMI version 1.4 port, while the receiver offers a local video connection, also HDMI, and USB ports for connecting keyboard and mouse at the remote station. Transmission is carried out over Cat6 cable, a practical solution when you need to separate the equipment from the workstation while maintaining access to peripherals. The receiver includes an RJ-45 port and the set adds a Micro-USB A USB port for its operation. The housing is metal, which provides durability in fixed installations, and the transmitter weighs 400 g. Its dimensions of 9.5 cm wide, 1.6 cm deep and 8 cm high make it easy to integrate into environments where space is tight.
