Converts copper to fibre signals with the CUDY MC100GSA-20 media converter, a Gigabit Ethernet unit in black designed for professional networks. This single-mode model operates at a wavelength of 1310 nm and achieves a maximum transfer distance of 20 km, with a sensitivity of 24 dBmW and a mean time between failures of 50,000 hours. It features one RJ-45 Ethernet port and one fibre channel port with an SC connector, plus support for 9 KB jumbo frames and Plug and Play functionality for immediate installation. LED indicators facilitate link monitoring, integrating a 9 KB buffer to manage traffic at 10, 100, or 1000 Mbit/s.
