Description
The StarTech.com PEX1S1P950 card expands a computer with one parallel port and one RS-232 serial port via a PCIe slot, with PCIe 2.0 standard and PCIe host interface. Its Asix AX99100 chipset manages transmission at speeds of up to 921.6 Kbit/s and supports data bits of 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, stop bits of 1, 1.5 and 2, and even, odd, mark, space and none parity. Flow control supports RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF, and the 256 B FIFO memory helps keep pace with the data. This internal card is red in colour, weighs 63 g and measures 95 x 22 x 80 mm. It operates at a relative humidity of between 15 and 90% and supports storage temperatures of -40 to 85 °C.
