Description
The STARTECH.COM PCI Express serial adapter card adds two RS-232 serial ports to a computer with a PCIe 1.1 slot. It features the Asix AX99100 chipset and achieves a transmission rate of up to 921.6 Kbit/s. It supports RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF flow control, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 data bits, 1, 1.5 and 2 stop bits, and even, odd, mark, space and no parity. It has a 256 B FIFO buffer, a 4-pin Molex peripheral power connector and CE and FCC certification. It is a low profile internal card with Mini PCI Express host interface and serial output, with a mean time between failures of 222366 h. It supports an operating relative humidity range of 5 to 85% and a storage temperature range of -20 to 100 °C. It weighs 55.6 g and measures 67 x 18 x 98 mm (width x height x depth).
