Description
The Trendnet TEW-821DAP v1.0R wireless access point in white offers Ethernet LAN connectivity with data transfer rates of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s, reaching a maximum of 1000 Mbit/s on the wired network and up to 867 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band, as well as operating on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies within the range 2.412 – 2.472. This model supports VLAN functions, including SSID-based assignment, and features quality of service (QoS) along with Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM/WME). In terms of security, it supports up to 8 SSIDs and algorithms such as WEP, WPA, WPA2-PSK and WPA2-RADIUS, and includes MAC address filtering and SSID broadcast control. Its management is carried out through a web interface, with support for SNMP v1/v3 protocols and updatable firmware.
