Description

The TP-Link INSIGHT S445 IP security camera is an outdoor model with a turret form factor and white colour, designed to be installed on the ceiling. Its metal housing and IP67 protection make it resistant to water and the elements, so it withstands adverse environmental conditions well. It records at a resolution of 2688 x 1520 pixels and its operation reaches a maximum distance of 80 m. It incorporates an infrared cut filter, day and night mode, and a 120 dB dynamic range with WDR, which helps keep the image balanced when there are strong light contrasts. Connectivity is wired and the minimum illumination goes down to 0 lx, so it continues to capture in low-light conditions. The tilt angle ranges from 0 to 90°, which makes it easy to aim the lens towards the area you want to monitor, and allows remote viewing. All of this in a device weighing 480 g.
