Thermal compound Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 with a thermal conductivity of 8 W/m·K, presented in a sheet measuring 100 mm wide, 100 mm deep, and 0.5 mm high. Made from metal oxide and silicone, this pad operates within a temperature range of -100 °C to 250 °C, maintaining its properties under extreme conditions. RoHS certified, you place it between the component and the heat sink to fill irregularities and facilitate thermal transfer without the need for excessive pressure. Its sheet format is practical for cutting to size according to the surface you need to cover.
