The StarTech.com PCIe x4 to M.2 NVMe SSD mobile rack/backplane features an internal black and silver design, fanless, incorporating a removable hot-swap tray to replace drives without powering down the system. Compatible with PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 3.0, it offers a maximum transfer rate of 64 Gbit/s and supports S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM functions to maintain SSD performance. It includes LED status indicators and is Plug and Play connection, with a mean time between failures of 10,000 hours. It operates in a temperature range of 0 to 65 °C and storage between -35 and 70 °C, with relative humidity from 0 to 90% during use, meeting RoHS certification for use in a PC.
