CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PROCOMP TEAM SL is the Controller of the USER’s personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and provides the following information about the processing:

Purposes and legal basis for processing: Maintaining a commercial relationship (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications about products or services (with the data subject’s consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data retention criteria: Data will be retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction of the data.

Data disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
