The Mercusys MP500 kit includes two white PowerLine adapters that let you extend your home network using the electrical wiring, with no need for complex setups thanks to its plug-and-play operation. With a maximum transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s and a Gigabit Ethernet port on each unit, you get a stable, fast wired connection in any room with a power socket, with an operating range of up to 300 metres between devices. HomePlug AV2 technology and OFDM modulation optimise data transmission over the electrical installation, while the encryption button and 128-bit AES encryption protect your network traffic from unauthorised access.
