Description
The D-Link DIS-100G-6S is an unmanaged DIN rail mount switch in black, measuring 162 x 102 x 28 mm and weighing 446 g, designed to be mounted on a rail in installation cabinets. It incorporates four Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports (10/100/1000) and two SFP module slots, allowing copper and fibre connections to be combined in a single device. Its switching capacity reaches 12 Gbit/s and the forwarding rate reaches 8.928 Mpps, with store-and-forward transmission method and a MAC address table of 4000 entries. It supports Jumbo Frames of up to 9000 bytes, useful for moving large blocks of data within the local network. It complies with the IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3z standards, with 1000BASE-T cabling technology and Auto MDI/MDI-X function for connections. It also offers quality of service (QoS) support and IP40 protection against dust and solid objects.
