Description
The white AISENS fibre optic patch cord is designed for laying long-distance single-mode installations with male SC/APC connectors at both ends. Its G.657.A2 single-mode fibre with a 9 µm core and 125 µm cladding supports wavelengths of 1310, 1490 and 1550 nm, making it compatible with 100 Gigabit Ethernet links. The APC polishing of the connectors reduces reflections, with an insertion loss of 0.3 dB and a return loss of 50 dB. The Kevlar jacket provides mechanical strength to the fibre, while the halogen-free sheath contributes to safety in the event of fire. It has CPR Dca certification, suitable for installation in regulated spaces. It comes as a 150 m cable, a length intended for connections and extensive runs inside cabinets and conduits.
