Description
The Adaptec HBA 1100-4i card is a low-profile PCIe 3.0 interface adapter with an internal HD mini-SAS port. It features its own processor that manages the controller's operations and supports Native Command Queuing (NCQ) to optimise access to connected drives. Its Hot-Plug compatibility allows drives to be connected and disconnected without turning off the computer. It offers support for Windows and Linux operating systems, and complies with CE, FCC, UL, C-tick, VCCI, KCC and CNS certifications, as well as being RoHS compliant. Its mean time between failures is 1,400,000 hours. It operates within an operating temperature range of 0 to 55 °C.
