Description
Connect network equipment at 10 Gbit/s with the StarTech.com SFP+ to SFP+ direct attach Twinax cable, a low power passive DAC transceiver. It is a 2 m cable with male SFP+ connectors at both ends, designed to link Dell-compatible switches, servers and network cards. Its copper construction and passive nature allow data transmission at 10 Gbit/s without additional electronics, which simplifies rack deployment. The cable is compatible with Dell EMC reference DAC-SFP-10G-2M and also supports the InfiniBand protocol. Its black colour and 100 g weight make it manageable and discreet in dense installations. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and a storage range of -40 to 85 °C, so it withstands varied conditions. It has CE and FCC certification, as well as REACH and RoHS compliance.
