Description
The Transcend SSD230S 512 GB 2.5" SATA III solid-state drive offers sequential read speeds of up to 560 MB/s and write speeds of 500 MB/s, thanks to its 3D NAND memory. Designed for a PC or laptop, it includes support for S.M.A.R.T., ECC, TRIM and DevSleep, with random read and write speeds of 80,000 and 85,000 IOPS respectively. With a mean time between failures of 2,000,000 hours, it is compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10, and does not use an NVMe interface, maintaining a transfer speed of 6 Gbit/s to upgrade existing systems.
