Description
The Transcend 110S 256 GB drive comes in M.2 format with a PCI Express 3.0 interface and NVMe 1.3 protocol, using 3D NAND memory to deliver read speeds of up to 1600 MB/s and write speeds of 800 MB/s, along with 110,000 IOPS in random read and 95,000 in write. This SSD is designed for desktop and laptop computers and includes support for S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM technologies, as well as LDPC parity checking to improve data reliability. With a TBW rating of 100, the drive guarantees a mean time between failures of 2,000,000 hours and is compatible with Linux systems using kernel 2.6.31 or higher and with Windows 7, 8, and 10, although it does not work with macOS.
