The Transcend 425S 500 GB M.2 Serial ATA III 3D NAND SSD provides a 3D NAND storage solution for laptops in the M.2 form factor with a Serial ATA III interface. It achieves read speeds of 530 MB/s and write speeds of 480 MB/s, with random write performance of 75000 IOPS. It includes support for technologies such as NCQ, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and DevSleep, as well as a TBW rating of 180. It is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11, as well as various versions of the Linux kernel, and carries CE, FCC, BSMI, KC, RCM and UKCA certifications.
