Description
Turn your USB Type-C laptop or device into a video output to a DisplayPort monitor with the StarTech.com USB C to DisplayPort adapter, a compact black converter weighing just 22 g that connects via a right-angled male USB Type-C connector. It offers a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz thanks to its DisplayPort 1.2 output, with a data transfer rate of up to 21.6 Gbit/s, and supports 7.1 channel audio to complete the signal to the screen. Its chipset integrates the PERICOM PI3DPX1203 and VIA/VLI VL100 components, and the adapter is HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 compliant, as well as being FCC, CE and REACH certified. The plastic housing protects the circuit in an elongated 43 x 12 x 187 mm format (width x height x depth), designed to be carried around without taking up hardly any space.
