Description
Converts a DVI signal to DisplayPort with the StarTech.com DVI to DisplayPort adapter, a black converter that works with resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Its male DVI-D connector attaches to the source device and its female DisplayPort connector delivers the signal to the monitor, both with a straight form factor for a direct fit. The converter is powered by USB, so it does not depend on an additional power outlet, and starts up without installing drivers thanks to its Plug and Play function. It is compatible with 480p, 720p and 1080p video modes, and integrates the Mega Chip STDP2600 chipset to manage the conversion. The unit weighs 25 g and measures 35 x 17 x 58 mm (width x height x depth), with a 0.254 m cable that provides some slack between the ports.
