The standard Cat6 cable operates at a frequency of 250 MHz and uses 10GBase-T wiring technology, with stranded 28 AWG conductors. Its two RJ-45 connectors are male and straight, with gold-plated contacts, and the jacket is made of halogen-free material (LSZH). The protective connector cover is present at both ends.
