Description
The StarTech.com 4-bay mobile rack backplane for 13.3 cm (5.25") hard drives supports 4 2.5" HDDs with a maximum capacity of 2 TB per drive and a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. It is compatible with SATA, Serial ATA II, Serial ATA III and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interfaces, and is manufactured in aluminium and steel, with a black colour. It incorporates hot-swap and key lock, two 4 cm sleeve bearing fans and a noise level of 20 dB, as well as LED activity and power indicators. It supports storage drive heights of 5, 9.5, 12.5 and 15 mm, and has dimensions of 146 x 42 x 152 mm (width x height x depth) with a weight of 760 g. The packaging includes a SATA cable, 24 screws and 2 keys for the lock.
