With a length of 0.15 m and Cat6a category, the StarTech.com 6ASTP34WHS15CM10PK is a white network cable with U/FTP (STP) shielding that reaches a transfer speed of 10,000 Mbit/s. Its two ends are male RJ-45 connectors with a straight form factor and gold-plated contacts. The cable is round, with an outer diameter of 3.7 mm, and uses copper as the conductor material with AWG 34 gauge. The jacket is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and the wiring follows 10GBase-T technology with a frequency of 500 MHz. The ethernet interface covers Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, 5 Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. It includes a protective cover for the connector and supports plug and play connection.
