Description
StarTech.com 3m black serial cable with USB type A and DB-9 connectors, both male and straight, designed to link serial port devices to a computer with USB. It incorporates the FTDI FT232R integrated circuit, enabling a transmission speed of 921.6 Kbit/s and supporting 7 or 8 data bits, 1 or 2 stop bits, and Even, Mark, No, Odd or Space parity. Its thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jacket protects the cable, and it offers a 256 B PEPS buffer. Compatible with Linux operating systems, this data category accessory facilitates the connection of legacy peripherals without the need for additional adapters.
