The MSI Spatium M450 500 GB SSD is an NVMe drive with a PCI Express 4.0 interface and M.2 form factor, designed to be installed in a PC or laptop. Its memory is 3D NAND and it offers a read speed of up to 3600 MB/s, while write speed reaches 2300 MB/s. In random 4KB operations it delivers 300 IOPS read and 550 IOPS write, figures that are noticeable in system boot and application opening. It includes TRIM support and operates under NVMe 1.4, with a maximum power consumption of 3.4 W. Its dimensions are 22 x 80 x 2.15 mm (width x height x depth), so it fits into M.2 slots without taking up additional space. It supports a storage temperature range of -40 to 85 °C.
