Description
The MediaRange MR1022 256 GB M.2 Serial ATA III internal solid state drive delivers sequential read speeds of 545 MB/s and write speeds of 475 MB/s, with a transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. This SSD uses 3D TLC NAND memory and an SMI SM2258XT controller, and incorporates support for ECC, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and NCQ. With a mean time between failures of 1,500,000 hours and a TBW rating of 50, it is designed for use in a PC or laptop, weighs 8 grams and has a depth of 80 mm. Its M.2 form factor is not compatible with NVMe.
