Description
The Lindy 46370 fibre optic cable, in turquoise, is an OM3 multimode patch cable with male LC connectors at both ends. It is a 1 m cable designed to link equipment and ports in fibre installations where a short, direct connection is required. Its multimode structure allows full bidirectional transmission, meaning it operates in full duplex. The core has a diameter of 50 µm, while the cladding reaches 125 µm, measurements typical of this type of fibre. It offers an insertion loss of 0.3 dB, a value that helps maintain signal quality over the connected span. As it is halogen-free, it is suitable for environments where this material aspect is valued. The male LC connectors at both ends facilitate coupling to compatible ports on switches and hubs.
