Description
Connects two devices with the Lindy Category Cat6 network cable, a grey patch lead with male RJ-45 terminations at both ends. Its F/UTP (FTP) construction incorporates shielding that helps maintain signal integrity in installations where the cabling runs close to other electrical sources. The connector contacts are gold-plated, a detail that helps preserve connection quality over time. With a 10 m cable, it covers typical distances between switches, wall sockets and equipment on the same floor without the need for splices. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology and reaches a data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for domestic or office Gigabit Ethernet networks. The conductor is 26 AWG gauge, a thickness that provides flexibility in the run and makes it easier to handle in trunking and cabinets.
