It works as unregistered memory, meaning unbuffered, and includes On-Die ECC to reinforce data integrity, as well as an SPD profile. Its heatsink helps keep the temperature under control while you work or play. The contacts have a gold finish, a common detail in modules of this type. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 85 °C.
