Fantec ALU7MMU3 HDD/SSD enclosure Silver 2.5'' HDD/SSD enclosure Fantec ALU7MMU3 in silver, designed for a 2.5" storage drive with a maximum height of 7 mm, such as slim drives or SSDs. This aluminium model features a single bay compatible with Serial ATA II and III interfaces, connecting via a Micro-USB B port with USB 3.2 Gen 1 version. It offers transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s with UASP support, as well as Plug and Play operation and an LED indicator to monitor activity. It is powered directly via USB, with no need for an external power source, and its dimensions of 9.5 mm in height make it easy to carry. The metallic construction provides a solid structure to protect the drive during daily use.
