Description
The Ewent EW7041 is a black external enclosure designed to house a 2.5-inch hard drive with a SATA interface. Its aluminium body helps to dissipate heat and protects the drive during transport, while the LED indicator shows you the drive activity at all times. Connection is made via a single USB 2.0 port, with a data transfer speed of 0.4688 Gbit/s, sufficient for usual copies and queries. It includes the Plug and Play function, so the system recognises the drive without the need to install additional drivers. The included USB cable allows you to get it up and running as soon as you take it out of the packaging, and its power requirements are DC 5V. As it is a USB-powered enclosure, the port itself powers the drive without the need for external power supplies. Compatible with a single storage drive.
