Its 3D TLC NAND memory features hardware encryption using the 256-bit AES algorithm, as well as S.M.A.R.T. support and DevSleep function, and is specifically designed for use in gaming consoles. With a TBW rating of 700 and a mean time between failures of 1,600,000 hours, it maintains a supply voltage of 3.3 V and a weight of 34 grams, without including additional durability data.
