The CHERRY SmartTerminal ST-1144 is a smart card reader in black and grey that connects to the equipment via a USB 2.0 interface. Its dimensions of 75 x 51 x 55 mm (width x height x depth) and its weight of 300 g make it a compact device for the workplace. The 1.75 m cable offers sufficient scope to place the terminal wherever is most convenient. Its maximum current consumption is 0.1 A, so that the energy demand on the port is low.
