Description
The Aruba AP-505 access point, in white and weighing 500 g, offers wireless connectivity in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. It reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 574 Mbit/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 1200 Mbit/s in the 5 GHz band, giving a total of 1774 Mbit/s. It features multi-user MIMO along with DSSS, OFDM and OFDMA spread spectrum methods, and supports modulations such as 16-QAM, 64-QAM, 256-QAM, 1024-QAM, BPSK, CCK and QPSK. It complies with IEEE 802.11a, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n network standards. It has an RJ-45 Ethernet LAN port with speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s, Auto MDI/MDI-X function and a USB 2.0 type A port. In terms of security, it supports WPA3, WPA and WPA2 algorithms. It is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) and has a maximum power consumption of 16.5 W. Its dimensions are 160 x 37 x 161 mm (width x height x depth).
