Description
The APC AR8429 cable management panel, in black, organises and guides cabling in rack installations. It occupies one rack unit, the classic 1U capacity, and fits a width of 483 mm, with a height of 44 mm and a maximum depth of 1.5 cm. Its weight of 230 g makes it a lightweight element that does not add appreciable load to the rack. It is designed to tidy patch leads and keep the front of the rack clear, so that airflow and access to equipment are not hindered by loose cable bundles. It has RoHS certification, in compliance with the regulations on hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It is installed screwed to the front or the rear of the rack, as suits the cable route. It is a simple and functional piece, typical of communications cabinets and server rooms where cable tidiness matters as much as the equipment itself.
