Description
Converts network signals between copper and fibre with the TP-Link TL-FC111A-20 media converter, a black unit designed to integrate single-mode fibre runs into existing Ethernet installations. It offers a data transfer speed of 10 and 100 Mbit/s over copper cabling with 10BASE-T and 100BASE-T technologies, and on the fibre side it works with 100BASE-FX over 9/125 µm single-mode fibre, reaching a maximum transfer distance of 20000 m. It complies with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3i and IEEE 802.3u network standards, supports full-duplex and half-duplex mode, and includes auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X to simplify commissioning. It features flow control and is compatible with Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Cat5e cables. Its connection is wired, with one RJ-45 Ethernet LAN port, and it includes LED indicators for activity, link and power. Its dimensions are 94.5 x 27 x 73 mm (width x height x depth).
