Description
The TP-Link TL-FC111B-20 is a black media converter that transforms signals between copper cable and single-mode fibre optic. It reaches a data transfer speed of 100 Mbit/s and supports a single fibre channel with SC connector. It supports 9/125 µm single-mode cables and covers transfer distances of up to 20000 m, making it suitable for linking long runs within a network. On the copper side it is compatible with 10BASE-T and 100BASE-T, as well as Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Cat5e cables. It incorporates auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDI-X, so it adjusts the speed and the order of the pairs without manual intervention, and allows full and half duplex. It also supports flow control and follows the IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3i and IEEE 802.3x standards. Its LED indicators show activity, link and power. Its dimensions are 94.5 x 27 x 73 mm (width x height x depth).
